Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy – Willow Wood Hotel
At Willow Wood Hotel, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring a fair approach for all guests.
Standard Room Reservations:
- Free Cancellation: Guests can cancel their reservation up to 48 hours before check-in (3:00 PM local time) without any charge.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a charge equal to one night's stay.
- No-Show Policy: Guests who do not arrive without prior cancellation will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.
Non-Refundable & Discounted Rates:
- Bookings made under non-refundable rates or special promotions cannot be canceled or modified. The full amount will be charged at the time of booking.
Group Bookings (5+ Rooms):
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in will be charged 100% of the total booking.
Extended Stays & Long-Term Bookings:
- For reservations longer than 7 nights, a 72-hour notice is required for cancellation or modification.
- Late cancellations will be charged three nights’ stay.
Early Departures & Modifications:
- If you need to check out earlier than your scheduled departure date, a charge of one additional night may apply unless notified at least 24 hours in advance.
- Reservation modifications are subject to availability and possible rate changes.
Force Majeure & Special Considerations:
- If cancellation is due to unforeseen emergencies (natural disasters, flight cancellations, government restrictions, etc.), we may offer credit for a future stay. Documentation may be required.
